Great location, close to Termini station and metro. Lovely and helpful host, Madam Muna. Clean and comfortable room for a family of four. Convenient airport pickup service. Good price to quality ratio. Nice view from the room. Informative and friendly host. Close to subway and train station

The location was very handy as it had quick access to transportation links and was walking distance from several tourist spots. the breakfast was good and the staff was helpful.
The locks on the doors were very noisy, which caused to have sleepless nights. the lack of 24-hour reception was a problem as there were no available staff to help during emergencies or off-hours.

The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities, including a coffee machine and fridge, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast served in a nearby café.

I had a great stay in this hotel in a convenient location near transportation, including a station only a few steps away. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily walk to all of the main attractions during our stay. The cleanliness of the room was impressive and the design was modern and comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast pastries and coffee each morning. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant.
While we had a great overall experience, there were a few minor issues. The elevators were quite small and not suitable for larger items like strollers.
